A while back Warren Buffet wrote an interesting article. He was speaking to what's called the "Law of Gestation"; the amount of time required from seed to whatever the seed becomes.
If there is an amount of time required for an acorn to become a mighty oak tree, there is an amount of time required for our dream to become reality.
He said honoring that there is an amount of time required is one of the best things for our own personal growth.
Most people start something and give up on the idea or project before it's ready to bear fruit. They pull up the roots looking for the fruit when the seed hadn’t even been given time to grow into a seedling.
So, if you’ve planted a seed of an idea, give it some time. Keep nurturing it. Water those ideas. Dig deep in the depths of your own becoming and let your ideas take root.
Some things, no matter how great your talent or how hard you try, just take time.
