I’m Demara Stamler and Awakened Dreams is my baby. In 2016, Awakened Dreams came to life out of my intuition, imagination, spirit and mind. As a woman who has spent the last 30+ years of my life coaching, teaching and helping people in a variety of fields, it became my dream to bring all of my experience together to help those fields that our world so dearly needs – the healers.

You're going to love this book!
If you don't already know about Marie Forleo you are going to want to. She's right up there
with Oprah, Liz Gilbert and Michael Beckwith. She's down to earth, funny, real, and a brilliant business woman. Her book, "Everything is Figureoutable", came out in September. The philosophy is right in alignment with mine and gives you great things to think about and different ways to look at life and business. Get ready to fall in love with Marie Forleo - I am!
Now, if you know my work you may be wondering...why is Demara promoting a book that talks about figuring things out? I still stand firm that when we get stuck in the "I have to figure this out" syndrome, you're stuck in condition-based thinking rather than vision-driven thinking.
And...what's different with Marie's book is that she's not about getting stuck there. It's about finding your way out of that stuck place and into the place where everything truly is figureoutable.

This is such a Powerful Movie!
If you're looking for a movie to watch that will inspire you, I highly recommend "Think and Grow Rich". This movie came out in 2018 and is based on one of the most well-known books read all over the world for over the last 90 years. It was written by a protege of Andrew Carnegie, Napoleon Hill.
Don't let the title fool you. This isn't just about getting financially rich. It's about changing your mindset and being prosperous and abundant in all areas of your life; your health, your relationships, your career, your time and - yes - your money. Now, you can see why it speaks to me and my work. We all deserve prosperity in all areas of our life.

15 of My Favorite Quotes on Gratitude
I'm going to go out on a limb right now and say that everyone benefits from a Gratitude Practice. If you don't have one already, consider starting one. It can be as simple as selecting a quote, writing it on a sticky note and reading it throughout the day. Or you could take a quantum lead and buy and beautiful blank journal (so inexpensive at your local craft store) and write a page-worth of things your grateful for every day.
